Phone calls, suggested service, completed job paperwork

Phone calls, suggested service, completed job paperwork and actual work don't match I am lexus owner since 1992 buying sports car. I was told driver side front tire has problem because that side car went through big puddle or something in rain. My son has has LEXUS. I BOUGHT TIRES FROM THIS PLACE, Check past records. Not any more.

We have purchased used cars from the dealership and will

We have purchased used cars from the dealership and will do so again. This review is for their service department, which we use for our two Lexus cars. The service rep was excellent (Angel) and the quality of the work is excellent. While I can manage the all-electronic communications, there were issues with the system while my car was there for service. I miss the old waiting room--if the repair work was only a few hours,I'd gladly spend the time reading in the waiting room--and face-to-face communication. I am trying to reduce the number of businesses that keep my credit card on file nor do I like have to enter it online each time I bring my car in. Going the way of the dinosaurs, I guess.
