They recommended new spark plugs incredibly prematurely (at 38,000 miles instead of 75,000 miles) because they thought my car had a turbo engine. Additionally, the price at checkout was higher than what I was quoted online. I pointed this out and they were happy to honor it, and then my service advisor found a way to get me “$50 off” somehow. But the total was not the quoted price minus $50, it was just $16 less than the quote. I was grateful to pay less, but alarmed that I had to point out these errors that I would think are entirely calculated by their system. They have my VIN, and know I do not have a turbo engine. They also told me it would probably be inspected on Saturday, but I didn’t hear anything from them and they were closed on Sunday, so I didn’t hear anything until Monday.
