I’m very disappointed with my experience at Stevens Creek Honda after purchasing my vehicle there two years ago. At the time of sale, I was told that if I sold the car while warranties were still active, I would be able to cancel them and receive a refund for the unused portion. Now that I’ve sold the car and contacted the dealership to cancel those warranties, they have made the process unnecessarily difficult. Instead of helping, I’ve been given the runaround, delayed responses, and no clear guidance on how to complete something that was promised to be simple when I bought the car. It feels like they were very helpful when making the sale, but not when it came time to honor what was explained to me. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and support after the sale too. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience, and I hope management improves how they handle warranty cancellations and customer service.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience at Honda of Stevens Creek I honestly don’t even know where to start. This was one of the most uncomfortable and shocking experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. I called Honda of Stevens Creek about leasing two 2026 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid cars, one for myself and one for my mother. I spoke with Sam Hussein, who was very nice and helpful. He gave me pricing for both cars, and based on that, I decided to go in and move forward. After work, I went to the dealership to complete the process. While I was waiting, a manager named Patrick walked up to me. No greeting, no introduction, nothing. He just said my name and then told me, very loudly, “We don’t want your business. My general manager said we are not selling you a car. You need to leave.” This happened in front of multiple customers and staff. I was honestly shocked and embarrassed. There was no explanation, no reason given, just told to leave like that. I’ve been a Honda customer for over 26 years and have purchased more than 15 vehicles. I have never experienced anything like this before. I don’t know what the reason was, but the way this was handled felt very wrong. Based on the situation, I can’t help but feel like I may have been treated differently because of my background as an Iranian, especially given everything going on right now. If that’s the case, it’s extremely concerning. If true, this kind of treatment could raise serious concerns under California laws that protect customers from discrimination. I would strongly recommend not dealing with this dealership.

To whom this may concern, since the person who was here negotiating back and forth was Hamid, I am sorry you feel we let you down, as our goal is for every guest who visits us to leave our facility feeling satisfied or better informed. With that said, I have investigated your claims, and they don’t align with the facts. I understand that you are a used car dealer, and this deal didn’t make sense to you, even though it was the best deal we could offer. When you were asked to leave, it was done professionally. There were no other clients in the showroom, as you were still being assisted past normal business hours. We regret that you feel this is about race, as the salesperson assisting you is of Middle Eastern. We sincerely appreciate all guests, regardless of their background. We feel blessed and fortunate to work in the Bay Area, where both our clients and employees represent a wide range of ethnicities. We regret buying Honda because of the terrible and dishonest service experience. Our car is still new and the A/C failed while under warranty. The dealership first charged us $1k just to diagnose it, then claimed it wasn’t covered and told us we had to spend another $7k on unrelated repairs before they would even fix the A/C. After wasting a lot of time going back and forth, we took the car to another shop. They replaced the Honda A/C compressor and fixed the problem for under $2k. None of the supposed $7k issues were actually necessary. This felt like a clear attempt to push unnecessary repairs and to make money whenever possible. Very disappointing and dishonest service. Get a second opinion before agreeing to anything here.

Service advisor Lucas Ly was very impatient and cold the moment I told him that I did not want the unnecessary package deals.He did not want to provide a quote for the services that I need instead trying to upsell services. I wanted only the critical that was due for my car. I am highly debating to take my car to a nearby auto shop.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. The staff were rude from start to end and constantly dodged questions or attempted to gaslight us the entire time when we would ask about faults regarding the car we were interested in. The sales manager tried to slip on an extra $600 fee, and only after we pointed it out removed the fee. Afterwards he refused to lower the price by even $10 on the used car and compared buying a car to buying a shirt from Nordstrom. He behaved like a child and shouted loud enough for the whole dealership to hear. Completely unprofessional and rude, take your business elsewhere.
