I tried to buy a Toyota Camry in August 2023 from them.

I tried to buy a Toyota Camry in August 2023 from them. I got a text with invitation to come and purchase the vehicle. To my disappointment the vehicle was sold to someone else <30 min before I arrived. I was waiting for this vehicle for three weeks as it was held in Benicia port, and they still sold it to someone else.

I brought my RAV4 in this morning for a part for my bumper and it was handled quickly and with care from the Parts person Ryan Esguerra. He understood what the car needed, replaced it and was on my way. So much thanks from an old lady.

Great vehicle, great deal , great staff

John Mills made our car buying experience very easy and fun . Along with Trae , Mark and Perry we left with a great vehicle and a hassle free deal. They all are very nice and professional .

Service dept needs help.

Service dept needs help. Despite making an appointment, I seem to wait a considerable amount of time to be checked in and seen by a rep. I have encountered a couple of employees who seem to give me attitude. One in particular likes to wear a vest and be a real smarta**. Acts like he runs the location but not sure of his actual title. Thinks he is a real tough guy because he gets to tell paying customers to move up in line, and then has a smarta** remark to add. Not acceptable. There are other Toyota dealerships and I suggest going to one other than Stevens Creek Toyota. Happy to elaborate more with the dealership. Would welcome the opportunity to tell them what I think of one of their employees. It would be a pleasure to see him. Bill

I have been a client of Stevens Creek for about 20 years.

I have been a client of Stevens Creek for about 20 years. I have always been pleased, except when they tried to fix a car window( 3 times for 300$ each time) and it never got fixed right. The wind kept blowing thru the window. We finally took it to a specialist who worked for Toyota for 25 years and who is a car buff and restores cars. he was able to fix it for ll00$. Now I have another problem with the same car. it is a cherry l997 Celica Toyota Special Edition convertible. There were only 5000 made and only about l200 are still on the road. The car made a funny noise when I was driving out of the garage. I was distressed so I called Stevens Creek Toyota. I happened to have had Edgar Oliver's phone number. There was no response and I remembered that he said e mail would be better. So I did. I got a call about 20 minutes later. he was on his day off! .. and he called. Talk about a sweetheart of a guy! He was incredible. he heard in my voice about how distressed I was and told me to bring it in. I wasn't able to do it that day because AAA could not provide a tow before they closed. I took it in today on a flatbed! Edgar was there to hold my hand all the way thru. He was amazing, wonderful and fabulous. I did not really have an appt. but I waited til there was a lull in the traffic and he sat me down and explained that a diagnostic would be good. The problem was that the engine would not shut off once I pulled the key. he said it could be a few things.. dieseling and I know what that was, but I explained to him what I thought it was and he confirmed that ws the correct interpretation. He also told me that I need a new timing belt!! oh boy, maybe 2000$, but it is better than having the engine seize up! He was so sweet and kind and caring. We talked for a few minutes about cars and discovered we both liked the new Genesis. I told him to do the diagnostic for the price he quoted and also do a service, since the car was there and had had no service since 2020. Loved the interaction. he is so wonderful.. he told me not to worry; he would take care of things. This car actually belonged to my husband who bought it there in l997 and he does not drive anymore, so I got it.. When I mentioned that i was concerned that I would not be able to pick it up because he doesn't drive anymore, he told me he would arrange to get me over there somehow to pick up the car. What a lovely experience. Edgar is a true prince!

steer away from Stevens Creek Toyota

Bought a used 2022 Corollar Hybrid last Saturday Sep. 30, 2023. Just 4 days later, on Wednesday, Oct. 04, 2023, I could not start it after I parked the car in the parking lot for a couple of hours without any shading. I accidentally opened the door, and the vehicle was cooling down, then it worked magically. After I talked to Toyota roadside assistance, they reminded me that it could be an overheating issue. It scared me to death. I called the Stevens Creek Toyota customer service line. No one answered. Fortunately, I got help from the salesman to book a time slot for me. When I dropped in, they said there was neither a loaner car nor a shuttle for me to go to the office. The service advisor told me the hiccup issue with CarPlay is with all Toyota cars, no matter if it's Toyota Corolla Hybrid or Toyota RAV4. They don't know when Apple will release the update to fix the issue. and before that, we, the customer have to take the risk. Really really a terrible experience with Stevens Creek Toyota. Give yourself a second thought when you go to Stevens Creek Toyota.

Josh Pourkhasand had kept me in the loop for over a year

Josh Pourkhasand had kept me in the loop for over a year while I waited for this vehicle. Furthermore, he regularly apprised me of the various market/supply chain issues causing vehicle delays. When my car finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the quick and honest negotiation that transpired to set a reasonable sale price. This was the most painless auto buying experience I've had in over 30 years! He's made me a loyal customer!

I made an appointment online to have my car service for maintenance and problem with the gas tank. At first, they didn't do service maintenance and asked me to make another appointment for the gas tank. The service manager (William Dominguez) came out, and I told him I scheduled for the service. He asked me to schedule another appointment. I told him, "It is a gas tank problem and safety of my family that I need to fix right away." William walked away and said,"I dont have time for that. " He told the advisor to get someone to deal with it. I was ver upset. How can a manager say that to the customer and ignore the safety of the customer? He ignored the safety of my family. He should get fire or not be a manager at all. I am very disappointed at he service of Steven Creek Toyota.

Disrespectful to veteran

It was memorial day weekend and they did not have any sales at all. I am a veteran of the United States Army and they treated me like Trash. All they wanted to do was basically Overcharge me for a vehicle with no warranty and give me a hefty payment. What a disappointment this was especially being a veteran on memorial day. I guess they just don’t care about veterans. Just money.
