This Honda dealership was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I contacted Capital Honda regarding leasing two 2026 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid vehicles. I spoke with a salesperson named Max, who was polite and helpful. After discussing what I was looking for, he offered me a lease deal of $410/month with zero down for 36 months. I informed him that Stevens Creek Honda had already offered me $384/month. He later called me back and said his manager, Roger, approved a deal of $391/month with zero down. I specifically asked multiple times for a written breakdown of the offer, but Max stated that his manager preferred I come in and assured me “you have my word.” Despite being 45 minutes away at a family BBQ, I left early with my wife and daughters to come in that same evening, as I was encouraged to do so. Upon arrival, I was asked to complete a credit application, even though I clearly stated I have excellent credit (around 820). After running my credit and collecting my information, Max returned and informed me that the deal had suddenly changed — now requiring $1,500 down. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. I had driven 45 minutes and left my family event based on a clear verbal agreement. When I asked to speak with the manager, Roger, I was instead taken to his office. His behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. When I asked why the agreed-upon terms were not being honored, he responded, “No one asked you to leave your family BBQ and come here.” This response was not only disrespectful, but completely unacceptable from someone in a management position. To make matters worse, I was later told that because a previous customer I had referred gave the dealership a bad survey, they would not honor the deal. This reasoning is completely unrelated to me as a customer and raises serious concerns about fairness and accountability. The conversation ended with Roger stating he had “no time” to discuss further and walking away, in front of my family and other staff members. I felt humiliated and disrespected. This experience raises serious concerns regarding business practices, including: Misrepresentation of lease terms (potential violation of truth-in-advertising principles under FTC guidelines) Failure to provide written terms upon request Running a credit check under misleading circumstances Unprofessional and discriminatory treatment of a customer I have been a loyal Honda customer for many years and have referred multiple buyers to this dealership in the past. This is not how customers should be treated. I will be filing formal complaints with: American Honda Motor Co. Better Business Bureau Federal Trade Commission I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and get all agreements in writing before visiting this dealership. Trust is essential in any business, and unfortunately, this dealership failed to uphold even the most basic standard.

He was phenomenal and very professional. Took care of my fixes asap. Sales Manager Roby was fantastic. Shopped for a used car for about 4 months.
