Pleasant experience as always. Never an issue scheduling an appointment. Plus you receive text and email reminders with the time you chose! (Unlike doctors offices or other businesses that somehow change your time, but blame it on the customer... not at Honda!) my recent visits have been with Rebecca and I couldn't be happier with her! She's so friendly, kind, explains the ins and outs of what will be done. Highly, highly recommend her to anyone who visits Honda! If you can choose your service rep, when scheduling an appointment (and you probably can) I will continue to see Rebecca :)
