My bank’s car shopper concierge service recommended this dealership due to their being owned by Penske Group and having no haggle pricing. With any dealership you should be on your toes, know what you want, etc. They’re always going to try to upsell you on high-margin items like additional warranty coverage, which this dealership did. They were very informative and transparent, urging the upgrade, but respected my reasoning for bypassing it. Generally speaking I felt like I was in good hands. I wanted a specific used car and the salesperson kept me posted on its pending availability and helped us find a good time to look at it. Professional and low pressure. Service Center is huge and a tad bureaucratic but they feel like a well-run shop with a huge customer lounge with complimentary coffee and WiFi and lots of seating. Helpful staff. Compared to other shops I’ve dealt with, this felt well-developed and mostly painless.
