Our sales associate, Roberto, was outstanding! What I appreciated most about Roberto was his listening skills! He answered our questions professionally and confidently! There was never any feeling of "pressure". Roberto is very genuine and compassionate about what he does. I would recommend Roberto be a mentor to other salesmen for customer satisfaction. Once we made our decision to purchase our Jeep, Roberto, Brandon and Charles worked seemlessly, pulling together a deal for us within a short period of time, that was very fair! We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends.

These guys knew how badly I needed and wanted a newer vehicle. They worked really hard to get me approved for the car of my dreams, the banks would not approved that vehicle so these guys worked really hard to find a vehicle in my price range that the bank would approve! These guys were friendly and very supportive of my needs. I didn't have a co-signer and I am trying to get my credit back up. These guys were great and I will be returning to this dealership for all my services and to purchase my next vehicle in a few years. Roberto, Chris Fenton, Charles and Brandon get all A's in my book!

Roberto was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I called him from a different dealership and spoke to him about pricing. He guaranteed me that he could beat the competitors prices, and after going back and forth with the first dealer I decided to take my business to Roberto. He didn't pressure me at all, he was very patient when I took forever to make up my mind, and he even stayed after hours to get the deal done. Roberto is a great salesman, and I would definitely buy from him again.

We heard of Chrysler Jeep Metro through a friend who had a great experience buying their used vehicle, so we visited the dealership as well as 3 others in the area. We like to keep our options open when buying our vehicles, in order to get a good idea of what deals are out there, and more importantly how much trade in value we can get for our current vehicle. We worked with Chris Donah, and he immediately was concerned with what WE wanted. I put a strong emphasis on this fact because we haven't made a vehicle purchase in over 5 years, and I never remember car salesmen pushing vehicles that we stated over and over that we were not interested in. At other dealerships, we felt that certain cars, presumably ones that have been sitting on the lot for quite a while, were being pushed onto us. Combine that along with the fact that we received more than $1200 more in trade in value for our 2003 Jeep (75,000 miles), Jeep Metro moved to the top of our list. While the other places wanted us to sign on the spot, we like to take our time when making such a big purchase, and Chris had no problem with us going home and weighing out all of our options in order to make a smart decision. We ended up buying a 2010 Jeep with low mileage, and we couldn't be more happy with the sale. I always wait about 6-9 months before reviewing because I like to see how well the vehicle runs, and if any problem (none for us!) arise, how the dealership handles it. We are very happy with our purchase at Jeep Metro and have referred a couple of our friends and family to Chris, and from what we've heard, they had equally pleasant experiences. I rate the dealership/salesman a perfect 10!

Chris was very friendly and vert straight forward. Unlike other salesmen, he was very honest and open with us. He delivered on his promises and the overall experience was great!

after dealing with several dealers thru-out mass.and connecticut,i thought i would give metro jeep a shot at my buisiness. i made a phone call to metro and talked to chris fenton. made an appointment with chris to see vehicle. upon entering the showroom i was greeted by a chris who was knowledgeable and professional. not pushy , just a good all-around guy... chris worked hard to put a deal together even though the deal didnt work out for me . i would recommend chris fenton to anyone looking for an honest salesperson at this dealer.
