So everything went well except when it came to close, only one person available for this and took longer than expected due to many customers purchasing cars. Everyone was doing their best but only one person for such an important job slows the process.

Loved it starting with custom service scheduling squeezed me in same day within 30mins upon arriving greeted me right away explained the process once service was complete was paying and someone on the floor was very friendly and helpful with my child while I paid really appreciated that. Every worker I seen and spoke to are the reason I will continue to service my vehicle at this location ! Also loved the video that was sent explaining to me what recommended and what will be done and has been done !!! You guys are amazing keep it up

The waiting area by the free coffee and water is dirty. Years worth of dirt accumulating on top of items hanging on wall A battery test revealed that my battery was bad. I had to remind the service rep that the car is still under warranty. The rep should have come over and said “your battery is bad we are going to replace under warranty “. The initial contact was the battery replacement was going to cost me.
