Ian was a great salesman.

Ian was a great salesman. However, once we struck a deal, the number mysteriously increased by $1900 in the finance office. Instead of checking with the front end, the finance guy tried to convince us the agreed price was wrong. Combined with the speed at which he was whipping though the paperwork and signing for us on the e-sign screen, my impression is that it was a deliberate attempt to change the agreed price.

They actually called me about a recall and I was able to get some repairs done at the same visit. Both things fixed promptly and I was on my way. That’s as good as it gets.

I have always been able to trust the service managers

I have always been able to trust the service managers evaluations and recommendations for service. For over 30 years I have been buying and bringing in for service my Hondas at Honda of Lisle. I can honestly say that I have never felt as though I was deceived in any way. Love the complimentary hot chocolate as well.
