A tremendous experience with Jeremy. I had heard great things about Firehouse Auto, but was still impressed with the speed that he found a truck that met and exceeded my expectations!! Not only more features than I expected to see, but fewer miles and a much better price than anticipated. That doesn’t happen very often in the car business . I couldn’t be more happy with the results! Way more simple and convenient that purchasing from an individual seller!!

I spent months searching for a pre-owned SUV at various big and small dealerships. Finally, I found the perfect vehicle at Firehouse Auto, where I was spared the exorbitant fees of larger dealerships and the unpredictability of smaller ones. I was impressed by their straightforward pricing and practical approach to customer service. I'd be happy to buy from here again.

I purchased a Lexus 2020 UX 200 from this dealer in February, and was assured by the owner that the car had never been in an accident. He even provided me with a car report that showed no accident. However, I later discovered through the Lexus dealership that the car was involved in a severe accident. I am currently trying to resolve this, but unfortunately, Firehouse Auto has not been responsive to my attempts to resolve the issue. I strongly advise against purchasing a car from this dealer shop.

Cool used car dealership with a great fire fighter theme. Aside from the aestetics they had a excellent selection. The service was excellent and they are willing to work a little with you. They were very good to me and I would defiantly recommend this spot if you need a car.

We bought a great can from these guys. Amber made the whole buying process easy and comfortable, Jeremy made sure that everything went smoothly when we had a little snag with the DVD player. Overall one of the best experiences we've had while looking for a new car. Go see these guys you won't regret it!

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The price was way below anything we could find throughout the country for a comparable vehicle. The entire staff was very friendly and did not pressure us at all. They even stayed late to finish out our deal. We drove over a hour and a half to get there and will gladly do it again the next time we need a vehicle. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great used vehicle at an unbelievable price.

Wasn't expecting everything to fall into place perfectly when I drove up to Utah Valley from St. George. In 40 years of buying cars from big and small dealerships never have I experience such a relaxing feeling knowing I was in total control of the buying process.
