Very fast & great experience Gurvinder the salesmen was awesome and helped me choose the right car & stayed over time to help me also he was not just trying to make a quick sell he was a big help in meeting my needs. As delivered, all user manuals were for the wrong year
As delivered, all user manuals were for the wrong year and the engine oil had not been changed. This required a return trip from Grass Valley to Modesto (240 mi, round trip) for a complementary oil change and exchange of the operator's manual. Also, the Becker Map Pilot was missing a battery and any user manuals. Plus, no manuals for the upgraded Harman/Kardon audio system. Finally, their finance mgr. tried everything to up-sell us on maintenance and warranty policies..

LOOKING for the perfect van! FOUND IT!!!
Al in sales was amazing! Knew everything about the van, including features! Help get all paperwork DONE! Talked to us like a customer not a number. Then after the sale Wonder Woman for sales Mrs. SAMATHA helped with all extra parts we would need to make our van BLING! A from us!

Great overall experience
Steve Heune was great. We weren't even sure if we were going to buy a car right away. Once he found out what we were really looking for, he found it! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The whole process of buying the vehicle was much more streamlined than we expected. We love the dealership and the people!

Not thrilled
Called the day before for the price of the oil change and to take the SOS inoperative signal off the screen. Go to drop off the car and they try to charge $200 more than told. He fixes it. Never call about the car until we call at 4 to be told they need to keep it over night. Told we need it back tomorrow at noon. Never called again so we had to call at noon to be told it?s been ready. Reading the paperwork says a few things ( nothing told to us) but states rear tires are bad and the customer was notified and declined- never notified at all. Issues noted with the car when I had first brought in were not fixed but also not wrote as issues becoming worse this time? Makes me wonder if they were really issues the first time. This was my second time going back and it will be the last. Even my last name is still spelled wrong. I guess I expected better.

Why I go to my local dealer...
I?ve been going to this dealership for several years and their customer service has improved tremendously since Sandra became the service manager. I?ve still had some hiccups with loaners being available even when reserved but they take care of it right away. Its extremely easy to drop my car off for service. Customer service is what you?d expect for the Mercedes brand.
