The process of leasing requires a lot of patience, however it went well. The issues of adding dealer insurance is confusing and could be handled in a clearer manner.

40000 mi maintenance
The usual excellent experience with the service advisor and the actual servicing. I waited while the car was being serviced, in the very comfortable waiting area, with on demand coffee drinks and fresh cookies. All issues carefully explained, recommendations made and costs also determined prior to the work being done.

We were impressed by the immaculate new service facility. Staff was friendly. Airbag replacement was done within the promised time. Much nicer than old service facility.

90,000 mile service
Bill Robertson had told me about the service on my wife's Honda CRV and what was being done. Work was done very satisfactorily and within the time frame promised. Also took advantage of the shuttle service and Robert was very friendly. Took me home and then told me when he would return to pick me up. Called to make sure I still need a ride there. Great job by all.

Vince Rossi did a fantastic job with my search for a new 2017 Pilot Elite. He communicated quickly, fairly, and with personal care. No pressure and quick and easy
