Service advisor didn’t call me to let me know that my vehicle was taking longer than advised it would. My vehicle was delayed by 2 hours. Was rude and discourtesy towards myself and family member who was trying to find out the status of my vehicle. I was told that my vehicle would be washed and ready when I arrived and it was not washed.

Haven't had this kind of outstanding, down-home, good service in a long time. I only brought my car to Honda because I needed to take care of a recall issue. Normally, I get my car serviced closer to home, but will now consider returning for future service. Thanks Ron.

Manley was very courteous and efficient at updating my CVT alerts I received. This was a free service provided by Honda even though the work was still labor intensive I’m sure. Feels good to have the service completed in a timely manner and to be treated respectfully. Thank you Manly Honda.

Friendly, efficient service from Honda service representative and the car rental team. Work was completed sooner than expected and the added bonus of car wash was unexpected. From drop off to pick every interaction was professional and high quality.

Since I drove very little for the last year and a half,I hadn’t been in for work on my Honda Civic. Brian explained what would be done for my lube and oil change very clearly. He asked me some questions about other services and both of us looked through my paperwork records to remind me what had been done. He offered me options and I decided To add some work that day. He explained The time frame and called the Lyft service for me. I was happy with the results.
