The service was great, Everyone at Manly Honda was amazingly kind and helpful and asked if I needed assistance while I was waiting. America was fast and efficient, knowledgeable, kind and had amazing customer service as well. We need more of her. :) I already did 2 surveys. This is not on her, but there's TOO many inquiries regarding surveys. Multiple emails, and even after I had taken a survey, I was given a call and told it didn't turn one in. And weeks after, I am still being asked for another review.

Ms American was very professional and friendly. The warranty work took much longer than planed but I was able to get a rental to get to work.

I've been a customer of Manly Honda for about 15 years. During that time both the sales and the service departments have been great! In particular Jose Rocha my service rep is absolutely fantastic. Great customer service, he knows so much and he's friendly. If you had a scale of 10 he would probably exceed that in overall satisfaction.

Was helped right away and offered a loaner car while my car was in the shop. I only needed a tire replaced and they checked all of my fluid levels, etc. before returning my car to me. Love working with Manly Honda!
