Honda actually contacted me about my recall problem. They scheduled the appointment and when I brought the car they actually fixed some thing extra that was broken that was covered under a lifetime warranty. José was super friendly and promptly replied to all my questions and held the car for me an extra two days when I couldn’t find a ride to go pick it up

I would actually give a ZERO on the stars- if possible. I've personally had 2 experiences with 2 separate salesmen. Both AWFUL! Both incredibly lacking in knowledge, extremely young and immature. I have no problem with a young salesman- but when they do not know about the vehicle, unable to answer basic questions, NON STOP chatting about themselves and things that are completely irrelevant. It makes the test drive miserable! Unable to focus on the vehicle experience!! I was ready to purchase the vehicle with as little as a test drive - and I had to walk out. It was truly the most annoying experience. They need to focus on the vehicle knowledge and customer awareness- not play "air drums" and rock out to the music on the test drive!!! Not too mention, the sales child was not willing to look into lenders for a longer term loan. I have above excellent credit and a big down payment….Definitely lost that sale and future referrals! I absolutely DO NOT recommend!

Excellent service every time I visit Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. They never do any repairs/service that isn’t needed. Bill, a Service Adviser is personable and excellent to work with!

Daniella was super helpful and great to negotiate with. The entire process was straight forward and upfront. Checked out some trucks while waiting for the paperwork, great inventory.

Yesenia was very helpful and cooperative. I was scared when got a text on fb messanger because of all sorts of scams and frauds happening out there, but she was very helpful in making sure I was comfortable in making the deal. She even drove me to the bank to deposit the check.. really thankful and would recommend her 😀 Thank you for making my car selling experience so easy.
