This was my first service/5k, pretty basic - on a new CRV.

This was my first service/5k, pretty basic - on a new CRV. I had to make 3 trips there to get it done and, after all that, am not really sure that things were even done right...really based on how I was treated. No way to check it, easily, and am not going back. 1. First trip: they had the date wrong and sent me a text for a wrong service date. Second: the service time - all seemed ok, and on the positive side the agent did find a little discount to apply to that was the good part. BUT when I got home, I thought I'd run the window wipers and there was no fluid. It had been empty but they were supposed to fill it. That was not done. I know it seems like a small thing but it made me wonder what other fluids did not get topped off! 2. I had to go back a THIRD TIME and when I saw the same agent, after the fluid was added, I said, in a friendly way, So, how about a comp service the next time I come in, considering this was three trips for a simple service? He said...Oh you can ask me about it next time. I said aren't you going to make some notes about that now? He basically was happy to get rid of me and said just ask me next time. Well with the amount I drive that could be next year! 3. Then he had the nerve to remind me that he needed a report of "10" on the honda survey. SO there were then 2 followup surveys from Honda: one from the dealership (manly!) and one from corporate office. I did completely them both honestly, not just slamming but describing the situation. 4. One of the followup emails was even to ask how the "followup customer service call" had gone. Apparently someone was supposed to phone and ask how things went -- even just a matter of course, not even as a reply to my 'situation' as I'd described it. Nobody ever even called to check in about anything. Ok that's the story.

Happy purchase

Luis Hernandez was EXTREMELY helpful and did his best to make me happy (achieved), I initially purchased a used car that I was not completely happy/ satisfied with so I came back to return it. In that visit, Luis found me a brand new one, in the color that I wanted for a reasonable price and not used. It was his day off and he still came in to help me out, which I appreciate greatly. Joshua Feinberg was nice the first time around but less pleasant and kind of rude when I returned to change my contract.

Friendly Dealings

My wife and I were treated very politely and in friendly by the sales staff (Michael Lyons) and Joshua Feinberg in Finance. They got the job done, and done right, but it took a lot longer than I had hoped, probably due to the volume of customers being helped.

Smooth No Hassle Dealings

The process could not have been more easy and smooth to negotiate through. The sales staff were direct to the point and made the paperwork no hassles. Josh Feinberg handled the financing agreement and made everything clear and transparent then putting in extra energy into making certain of securing the loan. Thumbs up all ways around.

Super friendly and helpful!

Jose was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient as we toured around the dealership even in the heat of the afternoon! It was my first time buying a car, and he answered all my silly questions. Joshua finalized all my paperwork and made it all seem so easy! I would trust both of these gentlemen and the Manly Honda/Hyundai team with any car buying needs.

Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff

My Honda Pilot 2019 broke down and towed to Manly Honda due to my engine overheating. The service staff, along with the rental car department, were so understanding and helpful with my rather chaotic situation. Jennifer Couch especially treated me with the utmost respect and patience and answering any questions I had, which made my overall stressful car service seamless. I do appreciate the staff at Manly Honda and definitely will be making a return for my next service. Thank you!

Scott was extremely helpful and smelt really good almost like too good lol and although he knew nothing about the car, he had a great attitude and a nice haircut 💪🏼 All together a great human being !

Overall experience review

The salesman was very helpful and communicated well with us. However, the finance manager was initially friendly but became short with us when we did not agree to purchase the maintenance contract. I would recommend Manly only to someone who is firm on what they want and not be coerced into a contract they do not want(if that is their preference). I do not recall the finance manager's name but Jesse would know who it was. It may have been Dave Sambad. Respectfully, David Figueroa
