GREAT Service!!!

I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my CRV and walked over to the desk for my appointment! Everything that was to be covered for my servicing was covered in complete detail along with options that I could select if I wanted. I had a concern about headlamps and chose to have them cleaned and they came out looking like brand new - amazing!!! The waiting area is quite comfy with free WiFi and hot drinks. My there were some repairs that are needed for my vehicle, and a full report was provided to me so I can get these items taken care of as soon as possible, which is much appreciated.

Manly Honda definitely made my experience of buying my FIRST-EVER car a huge success. I was in contact with AJ Villalobos from the minute I laid eyes on the car until the minute I left the building, keys in hand. Both AJ and Nathan (Finance Dept.) were super helpful, patient and accommodating. In fact, they had such a good deal on the car that I wanted that I drove out from San Ramon to make the purchase because I couldn’t find the price they offered anywhere else. So thank you Manly Honda, thanks AJ and thank you Nathan! You helped make a dream come true yesterday. May all of your sales be as good as mine was!!

Made my purchase quick and painless. Listened to all questions and concerns and gave me honest, straight forward answers every time. Was easy to work with and was able to complete a tricky DMV paperwork form for swapping out my custom plates. Would go back to him in a heartbeat.

Helped me out tremendously with getting my car.

I recently just purchased my first car ever and it was from this place. My parents helped me out with finding the right type of car I should get and how I should pay it off. I went to this dealership and met Jared who was a very pleasant person to work with and even when I tried one car and it wasn't the one I was looking for; he stepped up and found that another car was coming and it turned out to be the car I always wanted. Joshua was another great person to help with the finances of my car. He helped me understand what the costs of the loan were going to be in plain and simple terms that I could understand and helped get the best prices for what I really needed. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would like to thank Jared and Joshua once again for helping me out!

A nice experiance

Worked with Jesus, all my warranty and service needs were cared for in a timely manner. Communications were good. Car returned when promised. Loaner offered, though I didn’t end up needing one. Car was courtesy washed as well.

Taking my car in was very simple. I was helped throughly and when I came back to pick up the car everything going on with the car was explaining with great depth. Also made everything very easy to understand.

Came to service department for a recall fix and an oil chang

One fellow greeted me when I pulled up, letting me know to leave the key in my car and with way to go in. When I walked in someone came right over to me and directed me to an available service person. The service writer, Ron took really good care of me and listened to me. And like I had asked he to, he wrote out the prices of the other things I would need to have done to my car next (when it's my budget to do so) Jennifer was very fun, cheerful and very efficient. She made sure I knew how things worked on my loaner before I left the dealership.

The best honda dealer excellent service.

Excellent customer service, Andrew was awesome, very cordial and very knowledgeable, Jennifer was very courteous and knowledgeable what I did like about too was that she already had my insurance recorded that saved me lots of time. Great Job Honda, Great Service, Great People... Thank you so much!
