Very poor customer service after the purchase.

My sales person did not care about my problems with brand new Odyssey once I drove off their lot. Very disappointed with his customer service skill.

Helpful and nice service

I was worried about my car because I had unexpected warning lights come on. I was able to be helped that day without an appointment and the service guys were nice and reassuring that they would figure out what’s going on with my vehicle. I can’t remember his name but the sir that directed me into the parking bay was very helpful and professional. Tracee at the service desk was attentive and focused on helping me with my concerns.

My experience was great and easy

I got there and they take care of my car they just say this will be done in 1 hour just go have a good time in the waiting room and I can get a hot tea or delicious coffee oh hot chocolate thank you so much that's great

This is a letter of commendation to acknowledge the extraordinary service and support received from Mary Beth Pool , employed by Manly Automotive Group, specifically Honda Service Center. Mary Beth Pool consistently displayed courtesy and attention to detail that accommodated any issues raised during the process of scheduling service . Specifically, Ms. Pool’s knowledge of policy standards within each department not only expedited the solution to the servicing problem , but enhanced and interconnected all the departments into one working unit. Ms Pool’s ability to maximize the services of departments within Manly Service Community facilitated the necessary procedures enhancing a relationship with Honda Service Department . Ms Pool’s knowledge of service policy standards , explanation and demonstration of operation details was thorough and patient. Please express my gratitude to Ms Pool and she must be commended for her unique ability to act as an advocate for both Honda Service Center and the customer. In a century of digital transformation, Mary Beth Pool has exemplified a common sense approach to problem solving. Ms Pool is a rare individual employee. All the people in this dealership. Are friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Always smiling & saying hello . They have answered any questions I have . I bought a car almost a year ago. And I walked in & they remembered my Name.

Good Experience!

Working with Scott Longaker was great. He was no pressure, straight up and real. I appreciated the no BS he gave me. If I need another vehicle I would definitely consider returning! Rosa Chavez was great working with the financing part of the vehicle as well.

Excellent Customer Service with Honesty & Professionalism

Aaron Katz helped us purchase a truck this past weekend and made the experience pleasant and surprisingly easy. Aaron is a top notch customer service professional. I hesitate to call him a "salesperson" because it is Aaron's high level the customer service which makes him a stand out.
