Best car buying experience we've ever had.

Best car buying experience we've ever had. Respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Signing paper work took about 10 minutes, they provided documentation on everything we asked for. Would highly recommend this dealership

I don't believe Chevy is standing behind its product.

I don't believe Chevy is standing behind its product. Told loud dash rattle is a purge solenoid and normal for the vehicle. It's a new car with a loud rattle. This negatively impacts resale and enjoyment. Poor quality product, poor standard of service/care

Our Service Manager and Technician both listened to the vehicle and the noise that they did hear sounded like the normal purge solenoid, however if there is an additional rattle that they did not hear we want to find that and resolve it as quickly as possible for you.
