Service

Unfortunately, I have had to drop off my vehicle several times over the past few months for the same issue. Things were either forgotten, overlooked, or a wrong part was ordered. Staff is friendly but difficult to get on the phone. Mr service provider apparently no longer works for the company.

oil change tire rotation

In for oil change and tire rotation. Service writer was very courteous and professional. Needed transportation back to work. Service writer set up transportation to and from my store. Thank you.

Oil Change

As always our service on our 2013 Camaro was performed flawlessly. The service tech was kind and courteous in answering my questions. Lounge comfortable while waiting. And had a visit with my favorite sales person Ken Gooler.

Great experience

Paying for car repair is never fun but this shop makes it bearable at least. Cheerful, polite and generally professionally gracious. The coffee wasn’t terrible either.

Leased a 2019 Bolt Premier

I was able to deal on a price over the phone and texting. No surprises when we got to the dealership to sign the papers and pick up the car. Very pleasant experience. The dealership does add theft protection stickers to the windows and door edge guards that I was not thrilled to pay for but they did get the Bolt price to what I could live with so I didn't fight with them about the two items.

Service was good but service parking for customers is terrible. The dealership needs to designate more parking area for service customers. I highly recommend that the needs of the customers be priority.
