Tito Delgado is a very honest and fail salesman. I have owned over 10 cars and I must say he made my experience the best, fastest and easiest one I've ever had at any dealership. He also walked me through every feature of my new car before leaving the lot. I will now consider buying all of my future cars with Douglas Volkswagen - Mike Schmidt, 2012 Passat Owner.

Douglas personnel always helpful with advice and guidance. The service is prompt, the communication good and convenient. I have been a Volkswagen owner for many years and I have never received the level of service as I have from this dealership. Vlad is fantastic and is a real asset to Douglas.

I just bought a 2012 Passat SE 5 cylinder automatic from Douglass Volkswagen in Summit, NJ. The costumer service at the dealership was top-notch, largely because of my salesman, Isaac Bunton. He was professional, courteous, and fair. He kept in touch regularly while trying to locate a specific color for me, and even kept in contact with me when the dealership was closed for a few days due to the October snowstorm. One of the things that set this dealer apart from others is their desire to have you test-drive their cars to show off their product.

Excellent experience and great customer service over at Douglas. I told Irene my sales rep what I was looking for and she made it happen!!! Very honest and strait forward which is what made my experience so great. The customer service was unlike any other dealership I have dealt with and a very warm welcoming environment. I went in to Douglas not knowing what to expect. I haven't bought a car in a long while and was a bit rusty on dealing with salespeople. I was happy to find a home at Douglas. Nick made it easy to buy a car without being pushy- just helpful. I highly recommend him and Douglas.

It was my 2md car that I have leased through Douglas. My original salesman was no longer working there, but I was greeted by a yuong man named Vlad.
