Hands down the most trustworthy dealership, from sales to service, in the area. I had spoken to Nick M. as he reached out as my lease was coming to an end soon (the salesperson I previously worked with was no longer there and luckily Nick took over contact with me). I stopped by one night after a long day of work but didn't feel ready to sign at that time and needed some more time to think about it. Nick was gracious and stayed in touch. One day I was driving by the Union VW dealership and decided to stop by since it is closer to my home than Douglas is. What a mistake. After about an hour of the most awful and unprofessional sales experience I've ever had I was in my car heading to Douglas and signed a new lease with Nick within 30 minutes of leaving Union VW. Nick stayed true to his word and I'm now on my second lease through Douglas and plan to continue leasing/buying with Nick and Douglas VW in the future.

I have been buying cars from Douglas for about 15 years. I find the service always great, even if you are just asking a question, or need help. I have always dealt with Nick M.. - a great salesperson, and a true professional. I want to thank everyone at Douglas for the great treatment I have received over the years!

I worked with Vlad, and almost immediately it was a different experience than I had with the 12 other dealers I visited beforehand. Every other dealer was not interested in the budget I had to stay within, and would only show me things I clearly could not afford. Vlad not only got me in a new car, within my budget, but into a car that was right for me. Jeremy was very easy to work with. He was very caring and addressed my concerns. He was ver patient in showing me the various technologies and even repeated those I didn't get right away. He invited me back to review anything I needed.
