Would’ve put 0 stars if I could’ve. This guy sold us a car with NO oil in it. Tons of other things wrong with the car. When we drove off the lot, the check engine light came on immediately. There was no real mechanic there, Scott ran the codes and told us to “do research”. We were there on multiple instances with our young children and I am pregnant, and he had no problem selling us a car he threw inspection stickers on knowing it was a mess and unsafe. “Do your research” before you get a car from him and have someone else check it out, since he’s not a mechanic and almost seemed to not even know anything about cars, besides how to scam people with them.

Scott was very friendly and helpful in my car buying process. He was able to get us financing even with low income! Scott made the car buying process comfortable and easy. The car runs great and I have no complaints so far. We bought a 2014 hyundai elantra with 50000 miles on it for a great price and its been a pleasure to drive. It came with no previous accidents in great condition and he'll let you check the carfax on your car. They have mechanics there as well. Come here for a great deal!

I bought my 2005 Jeep Liberty there with 87,000 Miles. I am so Happy I found this place. They are a small family owned dealership. I knew what I was looking for & found it online. I live in Jenkintown so My dad & I went over there & i asked to see the Jeep. They told me to take it for a long ride & to go on the highway to see how it performs. I came back and knew that this was my new car!! Everyone there worked together and made me feel very comfortable. The owner Scott was really honest & nice. I would certainly recommend them.

We bought a low mileage Explorer here in 2017. Truck was clean and rust free with relatively low mileage and we decided to buy. Financing the vehicle we were told that we needed to buy the extended warranty or our monthly payment would be higher.. " Great warranty! Never heard anything bad about it. Customers love it!" We were told. Since then I've had to replace all 4 brake calipers, battery, alternator, throttle body, seat switch, and fuel pump twice. Warranty company refuses to pay any repairs because the mileage is too high. We've only put 4000 miles on the vehicle in a year. Called the dealership to complain about the theft of my $2500 for a useless warranty and I can't even get a call back. The guys who run this operation are dirtbags. You're better off on public transportation.

A wonderful, family owned, local dealership. The process was a breeze. John and Scott happily answered all of our questions. Our new car was immaculate and ready to go. A wonderful experience!

So, I'm currently a college student and was in need of a really safe, sturdy, and quality vehicle for my commute! I was searching all over the internet for a good deal and the best was just down the street from my house. I got a Chevrolet Equinox (2005) with only one owner and 57,000 miles. This is a family-owned business and everyone there including the mechanic is very helpful, honest, and wanting to do right by their customers! I am very impressed and would recommend this place to everyone I know and anyone interested in buying a car!

I've just recently bought my first car from here and I gotta say, it was such a pleasure. I didn't really work much with Scott as most people did, but I did work with John. He was extremely kind and just overall just a great guy! Very helpful and knowledgeable as well! He allowed me to test drive the car and once I was 1000% sure I wanted it, it was reserved after giving a payment. Like I mentioned to John, I would definitely refer this place to anyone I know! It was a great experience shopping at Frank Paikin Auto for our sons first car. The car we saw online was exactly what it said it was, maybe even better! But to our surprise, we noticed they had the car our son dreamed of! After test driving both cars that were in good shape, clean and talking with Scott we knew we could make a dream come true for our son! We felt Scott was very honest, patient, and helpful with the process. We are very happy customers!

This family run business is the best place to buy a quality used car. Scott is great and made us an incredible deal! We love the new addition to our family (2004 Ford Freestar). I will absolutely return to the Paikins to purchase our future vehicles. They will treat you great, you can count on that!
