Buyer Beware

5 months and 500 miles (yes, that is all I have driven it) and a lot of time and money later, it has been in the shop more than on the road. Most of what has been and is wrong with it would have been identified by the inspection they told me was done by a reputable local shop but I found out it was never done. Time to cut my losses.

Amazing experience

Very respectful staff, Neili was very professional and efficient. Worked quickly to get us on our way. Graham spent time getting to know us, listened to our needs and made it very clear fulfilling those needs were his number one goal. Great deal and great experience.

Overpriced Buick

In a desperate time we were without a vehicle due to an accident. We needed a reliable vehicle for the many two hour trips we take to our son's medical appointments. We were sold an 05 buick terraza with low miles. It is now in need of a new transmission and we owe more than it is worth. It seemed like the best vehicle for our price range. I wish we had better researched it, but the number of cars that were near us and within our price range was quite limited. We had issues in the beginning and they didn't see the problems we did, the AC wasn't working well and the steering wheel had play to it. They claim to have integrity and wanted us to be satisfied with the car we buy from them. We are realizing now that we were gouged in the price and reliability. I try to go with smaller dealerships, and support local businesses. I am finding that difficult to justify now..
