Our car broke down and the repairs would cost more than

Our car broke down and the repairs would cost more than it was worth. We met with Nick Snelson who went out of his way to make sure we got the new car we wanted. He even got us a military discount. If you need a car, ask for Nick. He will take great care of you. He will even follow up later to check on you and address your concerns.

Discuss with whom? Mike in finance hasn't responded, accounting hasn't responded, Luis hasn't responded. Only Larry Jameson but his hands are tied.

This is the second used car I have purchased from

This is the second used car I have purchased from Murdock! The first purchase was the easiest fastest deal I have ever done! I bought an 06 Elantra in 2016. This recent purchase I drove my Elantra to purchase a 2022 Elantra. Once again easy fast purchase. Scott the salesman wasted no time getting me $5000 off the sticker! I was also informed that my previous extended warranty from a prior purchase from the different dealer is refundable. I lost that vehicle 5 weeks after purchase. Totaled!! Gonna save me another $1600. Yes I highly recommend going to Murdock Hyundai in Murray. I am sure there other dealerships operate the same way. I will buy there again. Should have started there to begin with.

Actually stand behind the product that you sell. The Murdochs are contemptible and despite not being related, make Rupert blush. Unethical, unprofessional, frauds. When I think of the Murdochs, I see untrustworthy, unscrupulous and total charlatans.

Very exceptional experience with Scott at Murdock Hyundai. He had everything prepared and had a complete knowledge of the car. He worked hard to make sure all questions were answered and explained. A very pleasant car buying experience

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. I bought a car in 2023, Everything has been a mess! They put the wrong experation in the computer for my warranty. Everything was horrible from the front desk to the service department . Went to different Murdock dealer for better service!
