Adam did it again!

This is my third time getting a vehicle from Folsom Lake Toyota, and Adam Obeidat assisted me (by chance) each time. Adam is AWESOME! Incomplete Service

When I take my car to the dealer for service, I expect that all the parts and pieces removed for inspection to be properly reinstalled... not found laying on my floorboard as I’m driving home. I emailed my service advisor with a picture of the wayward access panel cover, but have yet to hear back. I’ll figure it out and finish the service myself.

10k Service

This was my first oil change for my Prius and it went well. Only took about an hour. Great waiting area and I got to stare at a Sweet Supra !

Quick and easy

Sandy texted me back after my inquiry fairly quickly. She was very helpful and referred me to Chuck who would be there at a time I was available. He took me on a couple test drives, did not try to get me to be preapproved a million times like other dealers, and then the finance team worked with me to get me where I needed to be price-wise.

120K mile service for my 2010 Toyota Prius

I went to Folsom Lake Toyota on 2/8/2020 for the 120K mile service on my 2010 Toyota Prius. I had the fortune that my service advisor that day was Gibriel Kargbo. Mr. Kargbo was extremely helpful and explained all the options I had for my 120K mile service. He is very knowledgeable about Priuses, especially since he owns a 2005 and a 2015 with over 315K miles and 400K miles on them. He answered my questions about the service giving me options and not pressuring me to make any decision. While I was at home waiting for my car to be serviced, Mr. Kargbo kept me informed of the progress of the work being done on my car by texts and phone calls. I had been aware that my care had had a seal leak for quite a while. Mr. Kargbo called me to notify me that the leak had become bigger and suggested that the seal leak be fixed, again without pressuring me to have it fixed. He spent quite a bit of time on the phone answering my questions and giving me options. He even sent me a picture of the the engine showing how much oil was dripping over various parts of the engine. Since some parts were being replaced as part of the service, it made sense to me to have the seal leak fixed. This meant that my car had to be kept until Monday. On Monday, Mr. Kargbo texted me several times to give me estimates as to when my car was going to be ready. Overall, I appreciated the time Mr. Kargbo put in to explain what the 120K service entailed, answer my questions, tell me about his two Priuses, and keep me informed of the progress being made on my car. This is the kind of customer service I value and will be requesting him to be service advisor from now on.
