Staff professional yet personable. Extremely helpful. Service was quick. Comfortable waiting area with water and coffee available. All my questions were answered, and my advisor went over exactly everything that was serviced today. And he gave me a rundown on when I should be servicing my car for the next two years. They did a wonderful job and I’m really happy that I purchased a Toyota from Folsom Lake Toyota!!!

I came in to get an oil change because my service alert
I came in to get an oil change because my service alert was on. I was told I didn’t need an oil change but a bunch of extraneous and minor service that I could have put off. I was mostly concerned about a recent incident where the car did not break but sped up instead forcing me to hit a chain link fence. I also wanted to make sure the headlights were still aligned. I was told they don’t do headlights even though they have done this for me in the past. I specifically requested they check codes and see if the breaking system and break warning system is alright. They didn’t even register my concerns on my service sheet. They spent more time trying to up sell me over $700 worth of extra maintenance service which I declined. My concerns over the braking incident were never looked at and there is not even a reference to it on the order. My car was purchased at Folsom Toyota and has had all its service done there. If this service is indicative of what I can expect in the future, I will take my business else.

I’ve had my car serviced here every six months since 2016. My last service , 130,000 miles required some repair, which was done efficiently. Friendly and knowledgeable service advisors.

When original Prius reached 297,000 miles, it was as time
When original Prius reached 297,000 miles, it was as time to get a new one. My first choice was Folsom Lake Toyota. They had the new Prius that I had as looking for and the purchase experience was fast and easy, with the help of a great salesman and financing specialist.
