Autonation bmw

I have used this dealership for my service and repair needs for 3 years now. They are always very professional and go above and beyond to make sure the needs of the customer are met. My latest repair took a week to complete and they took care of my transportation needs while it was being worked on. Not only that they also resolved issues that were not part of the initial repair and continued to take care of my transportation needs while they attending to that. This dealership clearly puts a heavy emphasis on customer service and has proven to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will definitely continue to be a costumer for a long time.

Excellent Service

My 2018 540i needed oil service as well as a couple of warranty repairs. Elizabeth did an excellent job of explaining the nature of the repairs and providing me with a loaner vehicle. Very professional and efficient process.

Still waiting!

I?ve been going to this facility since I purchased my car and have been happy with the service. This last visit turned into a big headache. I?m still waiting to hear back from Nick the service manager regarding the fact that when I drove home one of the new tires was almost completely flat! So, I had to return the car and get a loner for the night. Also I was not informed that they were waiting for a part to repair the side panel ( which was loose and moving around and I would have to return again! I?m still waiting to hear back from Andrew Davenport regarding the new headlights!
