Superb Purchase Experience New RAV4 at Elk Grove Toyota
Initial contact when internet shopping was with Internet Sale Manager Mr. Jeremy Coffelt. We described the exact vehicle we were shopping among all regional Toyota dealerships and invited best offers. Mr. Coffelt immediately went to work, and although not in Elk Grove Toyota's inventory, had the exact vehicle ordered from the factory, down to the unique color, Lunar Rock, we were obsessed with. And this was without a firm commitment from us, since I was shopping all dealers for best discount percentage off MSRP. Mr. Coffelt's offer was by far the best of any dealerships, and I was prepared to wait until the RAV4's delivery to Elk Grove before final purchase decision. Mr. Coffelt immediately contacted me when the vehicle arrived at his dealership. Jeremy gave me and wife an inspection of the vehicle and we asked if the EGT offer was still good. He did not give us any of the usual sales "could have, would have, should have" "bait and switch" sales pitches for add-ons, changes, etc., and in fact told us we were getting an additional $1000 Toyota rebate, a total surprise to us. We immediately concluded the contract, hassle-free. On delivery acceptance of the vehicle, Mr. Coffelt and his crew thoroughly answered all our questions and explained all aspects of the vehicle, its operation, maintenance and further availability of his staff and EGT for any additional assistance required. This purchase was a thoroughly professional and pleasant experience and we will be referring potential customers to Mr. Coffelt and staff at Elk Grove Toyota as well as coming back ourselves. We are also sold on the Toyota product, as we purchased a new Toyota Highlander in its initial year of production, 2001, and will keep operating it as a second vehicle; it has accumulated 300,000 miles and still looks and operates as new, a testament to the superb Toyota products. Wonderful experience. Hutch and Taj were extremely helpful. They are a GREAT asset to your team!!! We are loyal Toyota fans, this is our third Toyota vehicle and wouldn’t consider any other. Our first car has approximately 350,00 miles our second vehicle has approximately 250,00 miles on it so we thought it was time to get a new one!!

Great experience smooth transaction no pressure transaction.
We bought a Prius Prime and traded in our old Highlander. All the paperwork was prepared in advance and car was ready to go. Jeremy Coffelt is a great listener and his only concern is to provide you with the vehicle you want. No pressure what so ever. Would highly recommend.
