Exceptional service

Having my car serviced has never been a joyful experience. However; taking my car to Elk Grove Toyota is the closest thing to joy I have yet experienced. The staff members are competent, friendly, polite and efficient. The environment is inviting, clean and comfortable, and my 2009 Prius runs like a top.

New Car Experience

Buying a new car has not been a favorite thing to do, But, I have to say that buying from Elk Grove Toyota was a very nice experience. We were looking for a 2015 Highlander with some specific options added in. Although we thought we would have to wait for up to six weeks, we had our vehicle within just one week. Our vehicle was prepped for delivery and even when we were sitting with the finance manager, she asked that the service folks give it another look as she saw some smudges. We have a 2000 Toyota Sienna that has been just the best car ever and we are completely confidant that our new vehicle will be just the same. The atmosphere at Elk Grove Toyota was friendly and not that usual pressure cooker that it can sometimes be. I would recommend Elk Grove Toyota for your car buying needs.

I have been coming to this dealership for over 20 years to have my Toyota serviced. They are far above the competition in the area. They are very professional, very friendly and very competitive in price. They also do the little extras that you don't expect. Repairs without Headaches

ELk Grove Toyota is the best and the only place I take my 2007 Tacoma for maintence and repair. 161,000 miles and still going strong.

Excellent

It is always an enjoyable experience at Elk Grove Toyota. These folks service my 2009 Camry, and I take care of having Elk Grove Toyota service my parents two Toyota's ( 2009 Avalon and 2012 Rav 4) This trip was two fold. I had my mom's Avalon serviced and I met with Jeremy on a possible new Camry to replace my existing Camry, so that I can pass it onto my son for school. The Avalon was ready on time. Dave was great at explaining the service done. Jeremy was a great help and very knowledgeable with new vehicles. Jason, one of the Service Mgr's., I believe, happened to walk out in the Service area where the cars are waiting to get checked in and had a great conversation with me. It is a very nice feeling when you are called by first name as you walk up, and greeted friendly and professionally. I recommend Elk Grove Toyota Service ( Jason and Dave), Quick Lane folks, and Sales by Jeremy to anyone who visits. Good job guys. Mark

Great customer support

I have a Corolla that I bought for my daughter in 2010 and Elk Grove Toyota has provided her great service every time she has taken her vehicle in for regular maintenance. We purchased some tires a year and half ago and they have assisted her with nail problems twice. I have had 15 years of maintaining my 4 Runner so I am glad that my daughter is receiving the same excellent support.

Maintenance

To whom it may concern at Elk Grove Toyota. I have been a regular customer since January of 2009 with my Camry. I now also take care of my parents maintenance of their 2009 Avalon and their 2012 Rav-4. I absolutely enjoy seeing the folks in Quick Lane as well as my contacts in the main service when applicable. I have established a relationship over the years with these folks. They call me by first name when the see me prior to even looking up my history. Jason in the Service Dept. is an asset to your company for his personal service as well as how he oversees the Dept. Keep up the good work and customer service. Regards; Mark

Bought 2015 Toyota Sienna SE

I bought a Toyota Sienna SE 2015 from Elk Grove Toyota, and it was probably the best experience I had in van buying. Mr Baljinder Singh helped me purchase the van. He welcomed me to the dealership with a smile, answered all my questions and did not pressure me into buying.
