Unhappy
Maint light was not reset the truck was not washed the noise is still there when I close the door. THIS IS THE 3rd time that the maint light hasn’t been reset. I thought you guys are the professional.

Best dealer service anywhere.
I called the same day needing a 60,000-mile service for my Prius. I also had a low tire light showing. The service advisor, John Nguyen, managed to shepherd my car through the major service; purchase, mounting, and balancing of 2 new tires; a front wheel alignment; and an unprecedented cleaning all in one day. I also had a complimentary rental car for the day. Believe me, I was impressed and grateful.

It all went as hoped
I dropped my car off at 4:35 for a 35,000 mile service and it was done in 90 minutes and I was able to choose whether to pick up my car that night or the next day---they made it very convenient.
