We had a great experience at Niello! Our salesperson Mark is a great communicator, he helped us with ordering our new BMW, and kept us informed through out the process. Tyler was very helpful with setting up tech in the car and answering all of our questions. We highly recommend the dealership (we have a BMW dealership 2 miles from us, but chose to drive 15 miles because of Niello's superior staff/service/professionalism).

Our experience was exceptionally fast, efficient and professional. We felt that each person we dealt with was concerned that we have all our questions answered fully. Our only issue was the dealership oversight in not having the VIN number "verified" at the time of purchase. This required us to make a follow up trip back to the dealership.
