So ended up at CDJR due to bad customer service at Servco auto leeward. As we arrived at CDJR we were greeted by the sweetest, perkiest ray of sunshine (nicole) which is the exact opposite of how we were feeling leaving the other lot. Nicole made us feel so good, she gave us great insight, she was knowledgeable and we really felt comfortable with telling her how we felt and the issues that we were looking at. I am beyond satisfied and so content with our purchase bc of the car itself but mostly bc we made a great new friend. If i could have taken her home with us, WE WOULD! Even Eva, the financing guru was AMAZING. She told us like it is, told us what we should fix, how she could help us, and really worked her butt off to get us a great deal. we loved her. Definitely proud to be new Jeep owners and members of the CDJR family!

Came in about a week ago and am greeted by a young man, tattoos all over. I told him I wanted to look at the Jeep Cherokee Latitude and he said he was new and they didn't run on certain days. I asked if there was a more qualified salesman, to which he stated he was the most talented man he'd even meet and can close anything, even my private parts. I stormed out. He followed behind me apologizing he'd had a fight with the wife. I said I'd come back later and am looking for something on nav when I hear him yelling to his wife I guess "but babe I won't get in trouble I shouldn't have lied to you but I did want to be a Ranger. No one needs to know I never was. I'm a felon that's the only thing I can tell people that I did goood"Please have someone contact me asap

Armondo Maza was the young Salesman whom helped me when my current vehicle was literally stuck on his car lot. He was honest, assertive but not pushy, and a very customer service orientated salesman. I had a great experience shopping for a new preowned vehicle with Armondo (even if it was a spur of the moment purchase). I wish there were more sales people like him.
