Cutter Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Pearl City

I DO NOT suggest using this dealership for sales or service. I should have read the reviews here before trusting them with the care of my van. I have been a customer of Dodge Cutter of Pearl City for a little over a year after we moved to the area. This customer service has absolutely no communication with each other.... one will say one thing and then another will say otherwise. For example, after a transmission fluid flush, they found a leak of transmission fluids with the following oil change, I was told this was covered under my warrenty (only after asking, they didnt even think to look it up) but that my warrenty was ending the next day and they had no time to fix today... understandable, so they told me come in today and they would leave the file "open" so they could fix it and it still be under warrenty since they had no openings that day. I show up today... they didnt even put me on the schedule, no one was aware I was coming and NO ONE knew about the "promise" that was made to me on coming in today and fixing it under warrenty. Every oil change comes another "new" problem found with this vehicle.... Either this 4 YEAR OLD vehicle made by dodge is horribly made and I dont recommend anyone buying one... or the service here is dishonest. My visits to this place since moving here have lead to disaster, more money, additional complications and no resolve. They only want your cash, they don’t care on how this car is your livelihood getting to and from work and supporting your family.

Inquired about a car online, and the team was quick to respond and very helpful. Although the car sold before I was able to view it, Eric kept an eye out for any similar vehicles and let me know if any rolled through. Mahalo Eric!

The reviews I read had me shying away from this place, but an inventory search showed that they were the only dealer on island that had the car I wanted, so I decided to give them a shot. I'm glad I did, I found their first offer unreasonable, but they adjusted quickly and I ended up getting a really good deal on a new Dodge Charger. Like most people, I don't look forward to buying a new car because it's a very taxing experience. This rates among the better experiences I've had at a dealership (not the best but good). Our salesman, Mike, was very courteous and listened/understood what I wanted.

Great customer service and one of my most pleasant experiences purchasing a vehicle. My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and decided to check out Cutter. Samaria is the BEST!!! She was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable of the vehicles and explained all options with buying and leasing. We gave her our bottom line number and she made it happen. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle!

I was amazed at the service I received when I came in to Cutter Dodge in Pearl City. I was expecting the super pushy salesman and got the exact opposite. Cameron listened to what we wanted and provided outstanding service. His manager Romeo was also an amazing part of this experience. The two of them went over and above my expectations to get me out of my current car and into a brand new van that we wanted for our growing family. Words and reviews can not express how much these two helped us feel comfortable with the process and happy with the results.
