Worked with Mike Marcelin when we purchased our 2025 Chevy Suburban. He’s is truly a class-A person and salesman! He took care of my family and I from start to finish. He is very helpful and knowledgeable no matter what type of vehicle you are in the market for. He’s the guy you wanna go too! We special ordered a suburban from him and as life would have it, unfortunately there was a shipping issue from the mainland that was out of anyone’s control. We ended up waiting a little longer than expected. But mike as the professional he is made sure we were well taken care of on all sides of the house. Also, big mahalo to JN Chevrolet manager Jason Hattori for helping us on the finance side and giving us a great deal. My family and I are extremely thankful for him and their team at JN Chevrolet. I am 52 years old, and this is the FIRST & LAST time that I’ve been to a car dealership in my life. I’ve heard some negative stories from relatives and friends about sales people, and I didn’t know what to expect. But Mike Marcelin was just AWESOME! He took his time. He explained everything.
