William is a wonderful sales representative.

William is a wonderful sales representative. He helped me to search for the car that meet our needs. He is very efficient, honest, and helpful. Therefore I returned to him to buy another car within 12 days. BTW, we communicated only via emails ( I don't like the dealership to call me) and they adhered to my request. His response is quick, even on his vacation.

Walk-in visit for a battery replacement.

Walk-in visit for a battery replacement. Customer service representative was cordial, checked me in quickly. Wait was short, approximately 45 minutes. All-in-all pleased with how quickly and painless it was to do my business.

Carr Chevrolet. Best New used car experience ever.

Irving in the service department is always over the top in taking care of your car. When my car was past its prime, he sent me to Lesley in sales. She was the best also. Looking forward to a long car experience.

For the love of God DO NOT BUY A CHEVROLET CAR!

For the love of God DO NOT BUY A CHEVROLET CAR!!!!! I have a sonic car, it’s not that old, What I’ve paid is starting to become triple the cars worth since getting it. This thing was supposed to be new, but it’s constantly needing repair, and not simple repairs. I’m starting to believe Chevrolet has no idea how to build a car. If you plan to buy, look at the price, triple that, that is about half of what you’ll end up paying. Here’s a story that just happened and is typical of this car. I had a check engine light, scan showed a simple air flow issue. Brought it in. Should be about $100. Cool. They need it for some hours. fine. Got a call later, SURPRISE! It’s driving fine, but there’s something else here…it’s going to be $800 dollars. I was upset but was toiled the world had to be done. They kept the car for the day. Next day, no I can’t pick up my car today because GOTCHA! It’s actually going to be $1700. I was pissed about this, and later I was told that this car, this junk, this thing put together by people who apparently looked at a picture of a car and decided they knew how to build one, I was told it had more issues. Here’s the kicker, those others issues, I was assured, would not cost much more. So on day three I finally get my lemon. An how much more did the additional fix cost? The one I was told would not be much more? $1750? No. $1800? No, that would be sensible. The total came to $2667.16!! This car is garbage and Chevrolet, What the xxxx are you doing with these cars? Do you test them before they go out? Do you know hoe to put a car together? Do you know what a car is? Chevrolet, what’s 2+2? Again, DO NOT BUY A CHEVROLET CAR!!! I did, and now I feel like I’m trapped with this rolling trash. It may seem like it’s driving fine, but that check engine light could mean a simple adjustment, or your full monthly paycheck please. This thing is a never ending nightmare and the only good I can get out of it is helping someone avoid the mistake of gettin one of these fall apart cars. Also, here’s a fun note. That price (again, $2667.16) that’s with a warranty. So remember that. These things are useless. So why 2 stars? At least the staff were friendly, even if the cars they work on are completely worthless.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM ANY CARR DEALERSHIPS

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM ANY CARR DEALERSHIPS AGAIN! We found a crack on the trunk of my 2023 Toyota Prius, of course after we already signed the paperwork and had the car for less than a month. We asked CARR Chevrolet how they were going to remedy this and the response we got was, the crack wasn't there before we purchased the car and we sold it to you 'as is'. For a well-known dealership group I expect more. I would expect that they would want to made it right. That's just what you do for your customers who spend $40-70k at your company. What is $420 to a large dealership group? And, that's why I will never purchase another vehicle from a CARR dealership again!
