Tonkin has always given my husband and I great service from finding the right car to service on our vehicles. We would never go anywhere else as we are in service oriented business ourselves and we appreciate the extra mile Tonkin goes to making sure we are satisfied. We always recommend Tonkin.

Gresham Honda has the absolute greatest service center that I have ever dealt with in my life. No one compares with Gresham Honda. Friendly and honest service reps that go out of there way to work around your schedule. When I take my CRV in for service I know that the job will be done right and they NEVER try to get you to have things done that don't need doing. If you own a Honda and need to service your car I would highly recommend Gresham Honda. They are the best service department I have ever in my whole life dealt with. If you want honesty and quality work go to Gresham Honda. If you don't care about honesty and quality take it anywhere else and thats what you'll get.

It was easy to make an appointment at a convenient time. I was met by Mark with a smile and greeting after which we did the necessary paper work. We discussed expectations for the vehicle to be ready, agreed on a time and a phone call to be certain it was ready before I went to pick it up. Mark called me when it was ready (and within our time frame). I went to pick up the vehicle, was met by Mark and I signed the prepared paper work and I was off. As usual, it was a good experience and the vehicle problem was eliminated. Thanks for a job well done.

Our salesman Bill was very friendly,professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I never once felt pressured to purchase the car. We had previously been to another neighbor dealership and your dealership exceeded that one by far. We were very happy with our purchase and will be back in the future to purchase a car from Bill again.

My Insight's rear right window seal had come loose and...
My Insight's rear right window seal had come loose and was waving in the wind. I called Gresham Honda, Geoff answered, and I asked if I could swing by to see what needed to be done. He said yes, so off I went. I arrived and Geoff popped out as soon as I pulled up. He looked at it, then asked Shane to look at it to see what needed to be done. Shane looked at it, said he could fix it. I said, how 'bout today? We chatted for a sec about when I could come back, it'd have to be in the afternoon, ...(everyone hates coming back right?) and then Shane pulled out his screwdriver, loosened a screw, put the whole thing back in and said "there you go!" Now that is SERVICE, kind, easy going and professional. I told them both, "I'd hug you, but I don't think it would be appropriate!" So here's my written hug, thank you gentlemen, for your help. Life's been a little difficult for me these last few months, and a little thing like that just lifts my spirits. Best to you and see you soon. Susannah

From the moment we entered the lot the service was great,...
From the moment we entered the lot the service was great, Josh Dawson was helpful, undemanding, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. He patiently took us through our options and waited while we discussed which direction we wanted to go. At critical stages he graciously removed himself from the conversation to give us some privacy and we never felt pressured to give an answer. When the time came for the negotiations Josh handed us off to Jeremy but stayed in the group and joined in the conversation if necessary. Jeremy Baumgartner handled the negotiations professionally and without drama. He spelled out the different options, waited for our response and at no time did we feel pressured to "hurry up and make a decision". The vehicle was clean and ready to drive off the lot in a reasonable time period. Excellent customer service throughout the visit. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Ron Tonkin and been have responsible for referring 2 other families to Ron Tonkin dealerships which resulted in new car purchases within the last two years.
