As usual, Giovan provided excellent customer service. Although there were some unexpected service issues with my RAV, he did an excellent job keeping me informed during the entire process. Knowing that I was waiting for my RAV, Giovan came out to the waiting area several times to update me on service needs, cost, and to check on my comfort while waiting. That's why I travel almost 60 miles for my service! Nice job Giovan!

Decided to buy my 5th Toyota truck (7th Toyota vehicle) two weeks ago at Gresham Toyota, after several fiascos across a few Toyota dealerships - the worse nightmares came from Vancouver (WA) Toyota who played games, and ("Angela") attempted to use guilt-induction and manipulation tactics (do not go there!). Gresham Toyota has been a huge breath of fresh air, starting with manager Josh Wilcox whom I had looked up after weeks of buying frustration. He came highly rated as a straightforward and no games played dealer. I would soon come to realize that his strong customer-service orientation trickle down to the sales people (Pasha was my designated, helpful and responsive sales person), the parts department guru Whitney Reid, and their internal service coordinator, Richelle Fullerton. I have truly been blown away by the help I have gotten from everyone there. No one rushes, manipulates you, or makes you feel dumb. Whitney, in particular, has been incredibly, incredibly helpful. Aside from numerous Toyota dealerships, I have dealt with Subaru and Ford. Other experiences over my last year 40 years of driving and vehicle purchases do not compare to what I have experienced at Gresham Toyota. If I should move out of state, my next Toyotas will entail me flying out to Portland, going over to Gresham Toyota, and driving that vehicle home. I do have some impact in the various local communities, and will be recommending Gresham Toyota for many years to come. Already this week, I've convinced my friend Dean to look at pressure Toyota for his Toyota Tacoma, seeing that his current second generation Tacoma has way too many miles and he's looking to shop for a newer truck with all kinds of overlanding accessories. I really truly love, and I am very grateful for what you all have done for me so far, beyond the purchase of the truck, getting various accessories and parts. The. team that helped me deserves a raise! Josh, thank you so much for you and your leadership there.

Best service I’ve ever received at a Dealership. Emily actually listened to my very detailed description of what was going on with my AC when I dropped off my vehicle. She was very helpful getting me set up with a loaner, explaining how the process would work with my warranty coverage, and keeping me updated while they had my truck. Meanwhile, the service techs did very thorough diagnostics to fix the problem and try to figure out what had caused it in the first place. they also guarantee their work!

Dan was friendly and understanding of the problem I had with my RAV4. He contacted Toyota Berkeley for payment and everything went smoothly.
