Great Dealership

I came to Sheehy Ford Lincoln to purchase a Lincoln Navigator because I heard it was a great dealership and it sure is in every way, The sale was very easy, good price and good people. I just had my first service and it was easy using free pick up delivery function. I highly recommend this dealership.

Delivery Service for Sales, who knew?

I needed a new car and during the coronavirus I did not want to go ANYWHERE. But, I needed a car. So, I went online and found a truck I liked. Mike Zeller from Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg called me within 5 minutes. He told me not to worry, that he would bring a truck to my house for me to look at. I sent him pictures of my car that I wanted to trade. I knew it was not worth a lot, and when he gave me the value, I was proved right! But, it was a very fair offer. He then scheduled a time to bring me the truck for me to see ON HIS DAY OFF! He showed up, wearing mask, gloves and had steering wheel covered. I looked at truck. Drove around the block. Loved it right away. He had a credit application on him, I filled it out and he snapped a picture and sent in to the main store. He then took pictures of my license and insurance card. He said business manager would be calling me shortly. Bernie called within 15 minutes. Within 2 hours, he was back with a fully detailed and sanitized truck with no hidden gimmicks, no hidden costs, nothing. I took full advantage of the the VIP service and the extended warranty as well. Mike brought paperwork to me, I signed and he even had copies already for me. He left within 30 minutes with my trade and EVEN RETURNED THE OLD PLATES TO THE MVA. It was VERY EASY. Mike Zeller is the man. No other sales person will ever compare. He is my go to guy from now on. And Bernie made it very easy on the finance end. Way to go Sheehy! You changed how things are done, and made a difficult time easier. thanks Mike Z and thanks Bernie!

Very personable and completed work quickly . Had a noise from underneath the car which they diagnosed and did the necessary tightening to stop the noise

Squirrel Eating Fuel Wire

They try to rip you off even if you have extended warranty, SHEEHY VIP or a new car. My truck has under 7K miles. Engine light came and they BS me that a squirrel or animal ate the wire. I looked with technician and that wire wasn’t even easily reachable by any animal. Even if it does, then it means Ford is building wrong products with their exposed wires. I had to pay $50 to get my truck and it’s still not fixed because this location was charging me $400 labor and $58 for that part. I want my car to be fixed ASAP. It’s still not fixed. BTW I was their loyal customer for 5 years and I had a Mustang from them before my current RANGER. COOL STORY OF ANIMAL EATING FORD’s fuel wires. This can be a safety hazard. I have all the documentation. Manager was little nice enough to let me take my truck with $50 diagnose fee.

Service

I would not buy a car from another dealer. This is the most professional outfit both sales and service. I purchased my second car from them. Willy is the best...please see him if you need a car. I am disabled and the staff could not have been more patient and helpful. Needed my maintenance performed during COVID-19 and once again they bent over backwards to help me. Way to go team! Stay safe!
