Dissapointed

Service advisor Derrick Flaherty assit to change the side mirror cover of my TLX, the technician didin’t did a good job, He scratch the lower part of the side mirror. After the sevice I saw the scratch already, i didin’t comeback coz I was thinking that I just paid the cashier already and its too late to complain. I thought I can rub the scratch whet I get home, but I didin’t, the scratch is deep My concern is nxt time tell the technician to be extra carefull when doing their job I pay $45 for the part & $97 for the service for nothing, I’am really disaponited

Always Good Service

Everything is just perfect as always! I keep wondering why I travel 150 miles round trip for an oil change and service, and every time Ron Tonkin Acura always comes through and answers the question...because it's worth it. Thank you
