Best Shop Ever

Always good, this Shop just keeps getting better. And this a car dealership, mind you, which is to say that I never thought a place in this category would be a joy, really, to work with. Service is incredibly reliable, friendly, and just all-out professional.

Routine Maintenance

Went in for routine maintenance and the car was serviced within an hour. It was pointed out that the tread on my tires was pretty worn and that I should consider replacing the tires soon. They printed out three different quotes for tires; low, medium, and high. I appreciate that I was provided options and wasn't pressured into buying tires right there. I checked the tires when I left and it is definitely time for replacements. I will return soon for tire replacements. I would have rated 5 stars but I witnessed a customer experience pressure from a different rep that came off as disingenuous and just bullying for a sale. It made me appreciate the customer service I received directly but left a bad taste in my mouth. I interacted with four members of staff and all were very polite and professional from scheduling the service to getting the keys back from the service agent. Based on that experience I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

Oil change

Went in for an oil change for my 2012 4runner and the service guy honer the $44.95 for full synthetic instead of $54.95. When we called the lady must of had a mixed up of $44.95.

Yowza!

Although they were slammed on the day prior to Memorial Day weekend, they handled my service very well and provided outstanding customer service. Paul even provided an appraisal of my car while I waited and was extremely helpful in finding a good solution for our family.

Four cars bought here since 2011!

Bought a car here in 2011, and have bought three more from this dealership since then. Max Hanley is the best dealership finance person I've ever dealt with in the past 40 years!!! Nico and Savannah were great on this most recent purchase, too.
