Excellent Service - Excellent staff

Staff are always attentive,courteous and professional. The work was completed very rapidly and staff called our cellular when work was completed.

convenient location and good service

i like that i can drop off and pick up any time, and it's located close to my work so i can walk to work

Great Service

The guy that waited on me was so kind and helpful. I just took my baby for a walk while waiting for the service on my vehicle. It ended up pouring down rain and he parked my car under the awning so the baby wouldn't get wet! So nice.

Great Experience

The conversation was focused. Little time was wasted. We didn't have to spend the entire day purchasing a vehicle. We were treated respectfully. This is a place we feel we can come back to for service.

45,000 miles service

detailed information on work done on the car was provided in writing very clearly, and some fine points were explained to me in a conversation that followed. Service was very efficient

Above and Beyond !

Took my Venza in for its first 5K mile service and there was some fit and finish issues with my dash. My service associate made sure it was taken care of and put me into a free loaner car while the part was ordered.

Great service

We talked to many people the day of our purchase. Everybody was friendly, respectful and seemed determined to get us into a vehicle. We really felt as though our business was appreciated. There are not enough great thing I could say about Adam Marquand! His services were more than excellent! Even though we were at the store for longer than we anticipated, he made the time enjoyable, laughing and joking, like we were hanging out with friends, rather than buying a car. I would highly recommend Broadway Toyota, Adam, Rich, Ian Cour, to any of my friends and family. There was also a gentleman that we worked with I believe his name is Jason and he was in the bank/service, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were approved and were able to get into the car that we wanted, I wish I would have caught his name to give him the credit he deserves as well. But regardless, every part of our day while at Toyota was greeted with friendliness and happy faces, from the sales, approval, insurance and financing.
