Very poor they offered a list price disclosed a lemon title would not acknowledge the value was 1/2 of blue book including tax and license according to outside lenders and would not adjust price even when other dealers in there area had the same vehicle with similar mileage list at the same price they wanted for a Chevy buy back lemon title. Shows they don’t really care about customer only making large profits many customers don’t know a clouded title means it will have very little trade in value latter on if anyone is even willing to take it on trade. I do not recommend them as a reputable dealer.

Nick was so helpful and personable. He made the buying process enjoyable. The rest of the staff did their job well and were very efficient. Great process.

I have used McLoughlin Chevy for decades, even when it was Town and Country, when I bought this 02 Tahoe. I have taken my 87 Monte Carlo SS becuase they had a mechanic who knew his way arouind a QuadreJet 4 barrel carbuerator! I took my 07 Impala SS for some service, too. Only the Tahoe survives. The truck was done when promised and so far so good.

Very painless had what we wanted, did an awesome job, knowledgeable and very helpful. Transaction went pretty quickly.

This is the second time that I have brought our Chevy Colorado to this dealership for service. Travis has taken good care of us. There were some obvious needs for maintenance and performance, as well as some suggestions from Travis. I feel like the truck is in good shape now. I trust them to give the straight scoop. I do not know specifically who our mechanic was, but they did a great job too.

Shout out Kyle Portis service manager at McLoughlin Chevrolet today for his great service. Scheduled for 10:00 for a 1-hour job replacing the fuel filter. He got me in and out in 35 minutes. Which allowed me to keep the rest of my schedule for the day. Thanks Kyle I appreciate your service and efforts to make sure I could keep my schedule. Also was able to apply the 30% discount on recommended service so saved me some Cash as well. And who knew gourmet coffee and doughnuts from heavenly doughnuts. It was a Nice way to start my day at Mclaughlin Chevrolet!
