I called in February to schedule a recall on my Ram 2500, as they absorbed Whitnell Motors where I originally bought my truck. They said to call back in July. I've called 5 times now and left messages each time. Nobody has returned my calls. It's completely absurd at this point. From my experience just trying to get someone to give me the curtsey to call me back; I would never buy a vehicle from them. Apparently service on your vehicle isn't high enough margins for Roberson Motors.

Poorest dealerships in America
Called to make a service appointment got an answering machine even though it was about 3pm. I left my name and number. No return call. Called main office and got nothing but excuses that they were going through hard times. I have 3 Ram pickups and I guess Robertsons probably won’t see any of them. Ram should pull the dealership away from them!

Great buying experience with Will Penn at Roberson
We were lucky to work with Will Penn recently, trading in and purchasing a barely used Dodge Ram. We’ve purchased a number of cars over the years and it has always been a rather tedious process. Working with Will Penn was great! We were impressed by his honesty, integrity, and intelligence. If you’re looking to buy, we highly recommend Will Penn at Roberson.

Scheduled an appt for 8 am for oil change and recall
Scheduled an appt for 8 am for oil change and recall work had a friend drip me off after work at 3:30 pm. Found out my truck was not ready, hadn’t even been looked at. The rep told me they had a lot of walk ins that waited and they got priority because they were waiting, but they’d get going on my truck rt away. 20 min later my truck rolls up so I walk up to the counte, oh it’s not done they tell me it’s just now getting in the service line. 1 1/2 after I show up to pick my truck up it’s done. They give 2 cheesy car wash coupons for the inconvenience. So I leave there pissed off go to the car wash and go thru get some pull over look at my truck it has dirt streaks all over it so they send me thru again. Get done this time and it’s still dirty by this time I’m do e and just leave. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Just to let you know this is only the second review I’ve ever written so I’m not one of those people who complains all the time. This was just completely unprofessional.

Worked with Kody over quite some time to hammer out a deal and he ended up coming through! We agreed on the exact terms before even setting foot in the dealership. James had me in and out of paperwork in 15 minutes and I was done!

What a five star experience I had purchasing my car!
What a five star experience I had purchasing my car! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine smile at the door. John was immediately and fully prepared to show me several options that fit the needs of my personal preferences. He was very knowledgeable, asked lots of great probing questions to make sure I got what I wanted, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the entire process. Because of him, this was the best car buying experience I've had. Upon test driving my 3rd option, I immediately loved it! John and I went back to the office to sign the paperwork. Maggie, a business manager, handled my financial paperwork. What an amazingly thorough and genuine manager; she's a great asset! She explained everything efficiently and quickly without making me feel rushed. We even exchanged several laughs and I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with her. Both John and Maggie made this purchasing experience a cut above the rest! I never felt like I was being misguided, and I'm fully confident they were both doing everything possible to make my experience 5 star and as inexpensive as they could. Huge thank you to John, Maggie and the entire Roberson Motors team!

Don't service your car here
I recently had three encounters with Jeep Service and all three were bad. They are rip off and con artist. 1st- Took my 2017 Grand Cherokee in to have a liftgate latch replaced. This is a 100.00 part and was charged 750.00 to replace it. When I went in to pick up my car, I said "riddle me this, why would a 100.00 part, that I could have replace myself cost 750.00/" He said "because you didn't do it yourself." hahaha, laughs on me. 2nd time. I took my wife's 2017 Renegade in for a check engine light issue. At the end of the day I was charged 600.00 for a battery. I asked what the battery had to do with the check engine light, and he said that since the car was 4 years old the battery would go bad soon. The check engine light was caused by the thermostat. I explained that I didn't bring the car in for preventative maintenance and I felt this was wrong and he said the Robersons are a Christian family, WHAT? Last night was my 3rd and final, ever trip back to them. 500.00 for a thermostat that cost 69.00. I am done with Roberson and suggest that nobody ever go in for any reason.
