Got my car back 3 days earlier than promised and was given a loaner car for the duration.

Was double charged for 'deductible ' for a warranty repair and charged $227.25 to replace headlight bulbs. Technician billed 1.2 hours. Google says an 'unskilled person' should be able to change a single bulb in ten to twenty minutes. So it took a skilled tech 6 times as long to do that? Doesn't make sense. Nobody felt empowered to do anything about the bill when I questioned it. I received a follow up call from the warranty lady, but even she couldn't make sense of the billing and no more follow up since. I feel scammed, frankly!
