Would never go to Capital Toyota again!

Would never go to Capital Toyota again! I am a long time Volkswagon owner. I wanted a hybrid and decided to purchase a Toyota RAV4. I have had a bad experience every step of the way, and never should have purchased from Capital Toyota. They misrepresented, they flat out lied, they manipulated. I have left a message with the finance manager that I used, Carlos Arroyo. Never a call back. I have left a message for the customer relations manager, Kyle Read. Never a call back. I have been in touch with my salesman, Marcus Emery on a daily basis. He has not been able to get me a return phone call. I have left messages at the customer service department and the finance department and never get a return phone call. Nobody at Capital Toyota wants to help make this right. LisaB

not great at all

purchased new truck. The sales people have a cavalier /smug attitude, the title clerk is totally inept and management will not call you back. Once they have your money in their pocket they don't seem to care. 60 days since purchase and i still don't have license or registration due to a series of mistakes by the title clerk.

Service is a Hassle Here

Car went into service dept to get 2 bad speakers replaced under warranty. Waited there over 3 HOURS and came home with nothing repaired. They did not order any parts in advance. They noted a recall for something totally non-related that they also did not have parts for. They said they couldn't replicate the issue on one of the speakers. The speaker they couldn't replicate the issue on is obviously blown and is easily noticed if they went through a full range of audio. Not sure what process they used. I asked if they could just order the speaker ahead of time along with the other parts so we don't have to make multiple out of town trips. They said they will not order the speaker until it is brought in again for someone else to re-diagnose. We live over 30 minutes away and now we have to make at least 3 trips to get 2 simple speakers replaced. What a hassle, ZERO stars for this service event.

Wolves in sheep's clothing...

You know that terrible stigma that comes with car salesmen?! Well if you're looking to experience the reality of that then go ahead and go into Capitol Autogroup. Buying your first new car is suppose to be an exciting time... But these people will RUIN that for you! I stopped by Capitol Toyota on my way to Wilsonville Toyota to see if they could price match a car that I found online. Larry Balwin was my salesman and he told me they could not only match the price but could even go lower!! He seemed so nice and trustworthy that I didn't even think twice about getting the deal done. Well when things came down to it... They ended up changing me 3,000 more than Wilsonville Toyota. The ONLY reason I stopped in was because I was told that they would give me the same, if not a better, deal. I was lied to and deceived because I am trusting and take people for their word... Well I was an easy target for these sharks. If you do decide to go to Capitol Autogroup... DON'T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY!! And make sure the finance guy doesn't add on a 3,500 warranty that you told him more than once you did not want!! No extras means no extras but apparently they don't understand that. & if they offer theft protection for "free"... Don't take it! I had to go back the next day after I realized what he had done and get it corrected and they made it seem like I WAS AT FAULT! Way to blame the victim guys. I also asked why I was told they would do a better deal if that did not come to fruition and was told I just had buyers remorse and that sometimes we pay more for things & later find out their cheaper elsewhere. Again, the only reason I bought from them was because Larry told me I could get the deal I wanted. Anyway, I feel sick to my stomach knowing I have to go back there for my oil changes and maintenance. Word of mouth goes a long way..... So do honest business practices.

I loves the service

I want to give a BIG shout out to Nick at the Subaru dealership, I don't remember his last name... Sorry He was amazing, I was going through a rough spot and he gave me options. I'm doing better and have a great vehicle to get me through my life. I'm so happy to have been referred there. They even gave that person $100 for referring me. I can wait to send more people to you Nick! You're the best!

Friendly and Professional

We researched the car we wanted online and found the best deal here. Carli, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and professional, as was everyone we encountered during the transaction. We are very pleased with our purchase.
