Great Experience for My Wife
Candy usually takes the Pilot for service on Sundays. She appreciates the hard work and great customer care on a day when others are not working. The great Lithia experience goes on long after the sale.

New civic
I had to buy a new car because I was hit and my other car was totaled. Not really knowing what I wanted i wanted to be able to drive different cars so I really appreciated them showing me what I wanted and letting me go drive other cars so that I felt really good about my decision

Lithia Honda knows how to sell an excellent vehicle!
We appreciated being greeted in a friendly manner by Nick Aubel when we began our search. Our questions were answered by our salesman, Billy Day. He offered us many options and listened to what we needed. We were given information to study and never felt pressured. We were able to make our choice, and drive out with a car in about three hours. Financing was explained well and we never felt overwhelmed. Honda is lucky to have Mr. Day representing it's product. He was an excellent teacher. Not only did he tell us about the many features available on the new car, he had us try each one. We didn't drive away in a new car without understanding how it worked. Got a great car for a fari price
I should have done better research about new car purchases before I went in. I had done some, but not enough, research on pricing. In the end I got exactly the car I wanted at a fair price - not a steal of a deal, but I don't think I was swindled or overcharged. The staff worked really hard to make sure I was happy, and when I felt uneasy about some of the charges they were very gracious and responsive to explaining everything to me and showing me documents that I asked for. Buying a car is stressful, and I haven't purchased a new car in 15 years so I felt pretty out of my element. They were really understanding about that and set my mind at ease. I will be coming back for service, as needed, and I feel good about continuing to work with Lithia Honda.
