A Pleasant Experience

I didn't intend to buy a car that quickly, but there was a vehicle I liked, and they gave me a good deal. Mark was responsive and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the deal and paperwork were done. I've only bought one other new car before, and it took hours.

Love my new CR V

I have worked with Daniel before. He's helpful and not pushy. I have been a customer for a long time. Everybody is great - Marci with all those forms and Josh in service. Thanks for good experience.

Another Top-Notch Employee

The Battery in my 2017 CRV that I owned for less than 2 months was DEAD 2 days in a row. Honda Road Service jumped it the first day and the next day, I called AAA which has the best road service in the world, using ONE OF MY FREE ROAD SERVICE CALLS allowed per year. AAA Serviceman diagnosed a DEAD CELL in the battery. I was fortunate that this did not happen on my trip to Portland. Selling me a car with a faulty battery that failed in less than 2 months is the reason I gave your dealership one star. Gerad Stebbins, Service Department, gets FIVE STARS for replacing a dead battery in a 2017 CRV that I had owned for less that 2 months . He was courteous and pleasant. I really appreciate the excellent way he handled this situation. Thank you, Gerad!

Great Experience

We appreciated that the posted price was the final price. Our financing needs were met and the contacts with our out if state credit union were processed on time.

Josh Saltmarsh is amazing

Excellent no pressure

My husband & I wanted to shop around and take our time before committing to a car. Lithia Honda was a no pressure environment & worked with us as we went through our slow car buying process. What a great experience

We contacted Jared the night before and when we showed up, the vehicle was ready for us to look over. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He described all the bells and whistles and how to program and individualize all the settings. He made sure this was clear before we left. Then I was reminded to take advantage of credit card rebates. Got a great deal (did my homework before we went out) and was still smiling the next day.
