Lithia Honda in Medford

The service was prompt, polite and easy. I enjoyed the marvelous new services facility at Lithia Honda. I was waiting just 22 minutes as my new '16 Accord got an oil change. Having Internet access and coffee available was a really nice touch .... Thanks Guys !

Working with Billy Day was great, very nice person to deal with. I bought a new 2015 honda civic and was expecting many hours of sitting and waiting but it went very fast and before I knew it i was driving out in a new car. Thanks again billy I appreciate it.

My car was fixed. Both my car and I were well taken care of. It couldn't have been any better.

Clenny was a wonder to work with. He didn't pressure me and took his time to show me everything. The only thing that could've been better is the guy getting it ready just sprayed it off with water and now there's water spots on all the windows. It could've been washed and dried and the windows cleaned inside and out,(to get the sticker goop off) but that had nothing to do with the salesman. I would recommend him to anyone.
